Duties

- Present training sessions to staff on HR-related topics to enhance employee understanding of policies.
- Utilize PeopleSoft or similar HR management systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA and OSHA.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Proficiency in HR software systems, particularly PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
