Job Summary:
The Human Resources and Front Desk Assistant will perform administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resources Department, along with supporting the front desk as the first point contact for employees, internal and external clients. They will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, coordinating onboarding processes, answering employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies, and maintaining HR databases. In addition to the Human Resources responsibilities, the Human Resources and Front Desk assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, along with following front desk protocols and procedures, and answering any inquiries regarding office supply requests and assisting the Jr. Executive Assistant with maintaining an inventory of office equipment.
Experience Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative experience in recruitment and/or human resources or related field.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership, staff, and both internal and external clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and the ability to learn new software systems.
Salary : $24 - $26
