Jr./Sr. Software Developer

Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into software solutions adhering to the architecture and technical standards of the strategic business unit. Develop, maintain and refactor in-house data extract/transformation console applications and web-based workflow management utilities. Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to software development standards, code reviews, and version control. Act as a technical resource for server-based third-party applications within the AppDev team scope, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting as needed. Monitor and address daily performance events, ensuring optimal functionality. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Protect operations by keeping information confidential. Qualifications: Self-starter with the ability to independently solve problems and collaborate effectively within the team and with end users. Proficiency in C#, SQL (Microsoft or PostgreSQL), and Visual Studio. Experience with Blazor or ReactJS is advantageous. Continuous update of job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, or participating in professional organizations. Desirable Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or EDI, particularly in a B2B and B2C environment. Bachelors degree in a related field.
