What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service & Accounts Payable & Receivables position at Complete Testing Solutions LLC?
The Customer Service/Accounts Payable/Receivables Support has direct contact with the customer over the phone. The incumbent responds and resolves customer’s issues relating to product or service through the phone. They also clarify the customer’s concerns and identifies the cause of concern and presents the best solution, expediting correction and make the adjustments necessary. In addition, they will conduct follow up calls with the customer to ensure they are current on their invoices and collect payments or make payment arrangements over the phone . Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Processes orders acquired by phone, fax or email
- Accuracy of data entry to match order
- Works with the accounting department for those prepay customers and credit hold
- Posts sales invoices and ensures sales and revenue for the day is recorded and balanced
- Files & Bills customer invoices
- Operates offices machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines and voice mail systems.
- Maintains and updates mailing and database systems.
- Communicates with customers, visitors, employees and other individuals who walk in to the reception area to ask questions.
- Responds to customer concerns and escalates issues as needed
Qualification:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or related field(s) preferred
- Superior phone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate proficiency in time management, organizational skills and multi-tasking
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Professional conduct
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
