Full-time-In Office
Seeking an Account Payable Associate to perform clerical duties and ensure accuracy of financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and accuracy of all vendor invoices.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Accounts payable processing 250 weekly invoices using accounting software and other programs
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, shipments and terms of payment and other changes
- Ability to identify and solve discrepancies
- Assist with other accounting projects in the office
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensuring bills are paid timely and accurately while adhering to departmental procedures
- Reconciling vendor accounts.
- Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are achieved
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy with high volume transactions
- Ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- Ability to work independently
