About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
The right candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing key administrative tasks, facilitating trade shows, and conducting inside sales outreach. This position will ensure that the sales operations run smoothly, and customer relationships are effectively managed from initial contact through the sales process.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer database & records
Sales Support: Assist sales directors, collaborate with sales team, general account maintenance, timely processing of customer orders, generating reports.
Tradeshow Facilitation: Coordinate tradeshow logistics, assist with booth design/setup, branding, new marketing materials for shows.
Inside Sales: Cold calling (100/week), generating new prospects, following up with leads, follow metrics set by Sales Director, research customers, vet & asses potential customers
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Highlights:
Fully REMOTE if candidate is located outside of Illinois.
Direct Hire.
Timing: 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $65-75k/year, based on experience.

Ideal Candidate:
2-4 years of previous inside sales OR customer service/sales support experience, specifically from a food ingredient industry.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in HubSpot or other CRMs.
Seeking candidates who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communicators.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
