Position Overview
This position is responsible for operating equipment to maintain production goals with a high level of detail and accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work Order Management: Clearly understand and execute the expectations of each work order.
- Machine Operation: Operate machinery in the assigned area following established procedures to produce high-quality products.
- Procedure Adherence: Accurately perform each step of the outlined procedures.
- Machine Setup: Configure machines to produce specified products.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly report any issues to Leads.
- Cross-Training: Gain proficiency in operating all machinery through cross-training.
- Communication: Utilize strong English language skills, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with team members and complete job tasks.

- Timely Response: Act promptly to corrective action situations and resolve them efficiently.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Actively participate in companywide safety and cleanliness programs.
- Flexibility: Perform additional job functions as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to understand and interpret procedures, give and receive instructions, and effectively present information.
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, cooperative team player with a professional demeanor. Adaptable to new or changing circumstances, self-motivated, creative, and innovative.
Physical qualifications and work environment:
- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Endurance: Capability to sustain physical work for the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Mobility: Ability to stand, reach, pull, walk, bend, climb, and crouch throughout the shift.
- Vision: Adequate sight to perform job functions.
- Noise Level: Shop noise levels may require protective ear coverings.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed based on production demands.
