Position Overview
As a Senior Total Rewards Analyst, you will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of CompoSecure's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. You will ensure that these programs align with our company goals, enhance employee engagement, and maintain competitiveness in the market. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation trends and administration, benefits design and overall rewards systems.
The position is an on-site position 5 days a week, located at our office in Somerset, NJ and will report to the Vice President, Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Development & Implementation :
Design and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Oversee the compensation structure including job architecture, salary benchmarking, pay scale design, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings and paid time off.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure program effectiveness.
