- Provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and client requirements.
- Analyzes functional user requirements, procedures, and problems and makes recommendations.
- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing.
- Defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Documents requirements and translates into proper system requirement specifications.
