We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our district. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams, driving sales, and implementing process improvements. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing 6-7 jails medical departments, scheduling, shift coverage, site visits. Travel required. Mileage reimbursement included. Pay will be discussed during pre-screening
Responsibilities.
- Implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the district.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance through effective leadership and team development.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
