As the Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to successfully execute all communication, marketing, and public relations initiatives for Comprehensive Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating complex marketing projects, developing content for various media, and creating or acquiring the materials needed to successfully implement our marketing objectives. The Marketing Coordinator position requires strong project management and organizational skills to balance multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Exceptional communication skills and robust knowledge of graphic design, video production, and social media marketing are essential to this role.

Marketing Coordinator Duties May Include:
- designing and creating collateral marketing items like flyers, social media and website graphics, and a monthly internal newsletter
- creating content for our blogs, newsletters, website, social media channels, and other productions and managing related agency accounts
- writing for a variety of media including press releases, website, social media, and internal employee communications
- collaborating with internal staff to support current marketing initiatives and develop future projects
- coordinating with external vendors and marketing agency partners to ensure consistency and timely completion of deliverables
- developing positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to improve engagement with our marketing & PR efforts
- assisting with budget management and tracking invoices
- representing Comprehensive at community meetings and publicity events such as tours, presentations, open houses, trade shows, local events, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing position that included managing social media accounts and collaborating with advertising agencies
- Experience with Google Analytics, search engine optimization, graphic design, video editing, and writing for multiple media forms & audiences
