Role Summary
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. In this role, you’ll promote independence and well-being for clients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support through interactive activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Deliver customized care according to each client’s care plan
- Support physical health by aiding mobility and facilitating exercises
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within clients’ homes
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as necessary
- Document care provided and report any changes to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support for every client
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Physical capability to assist with personal care tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
