Position Overview
We’re in search of compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals’ independence and overall well-being in the comfort of their homes.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
Responsibilities:
- Aid clients in daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare healthy meals while considering dietary preferences and restrictions
- Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful engagement
- Deliver individualized care in accordance with clients' personalized care plans
- Ensure a tidy and safe living space through light household chores
- Promote physical wellness by assisting with mobility and facilitating exercises
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings whenever necessary
- Record care activities and communicate any alterations in clients' conditions to the supervisor
- Work alongside the care team to ensure comprehensive client care
