As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we're looking for an experienced CONTROLS ENGINEER - THIRD SHIFT

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Capable of performing the following manufacturing engineering functions :

• Process and design for controls engineering, poke yoke programming, tooling, process layout design, quality engineering, ergonomics, and safety.
• Ability to troubleshoot and program machine controls (Siemens - Step 7, Allen Bradley - Ladder Logic). Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Strong project management skills- able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment controls during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment controls during machine service.
• Ability to support all shifts as per business needs.
• Experience with Phoenix PC Works, Inderbus, Devicenet, RS View, Control Logix, and general vision systems such as Cognex, Keyence, etc..... and proficient with Microsoft Office Tools.
• Perform all other tasks as identified by management.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to successfully work in a team environment.
