Comprehensive Mental Health Systems, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is recruiting for a Medical Supports Assistant to join our team. The Medical Supports Assistant will contribute to CMHSs people strategies, organizational development, building culture, and other Human Resources specific or business initiatives.

Duties:
maintenance of medical/medication databases including entry of all medical appointment information, hospitalizations, labwork and special testing
coordination and tracking of adaptive equipment/supportive and protective devices in collaberation with Program Directors/supervisors and medical team
preparation, distribution and tracking of medication orders/medical protocols in collaboration with Program Directors/supervisors and medical team
quality assurance duties to include on site/virtual auditing of medication, treatment and medical protocol documentation
coordination/tracking of Agency medical trainings, (e.g., MAP, CPR/1st Aid, ancillary practices) with Program Directors/supervisors and medical team
High school diploma or equivalent
experience in mental health, special education or other related services
demonstrates capability in the areas of time management, initative, motivation and reliability
proficient writing and computer/database management skills
strong commuication skills working as part of interdisciplinary teams
experience with Filemaker, Excel- preferred
experience/familiarity with state Medication Administration Program, (MAP)-preferred
familiarity with medical terminology/working with medical database-preferred
