POSITION SUMMARY
CMC is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to support our immense growth. This is a critical role, reporting to the CEO and responsible for leading our day-to-day operations and account management functions. This will require scaling a field services delivery model across multiple geographies and large clients. The SVP of Operations will work alongside the leadership team on strategic projects related to enhancing customer integration and expanding our services. The role will be hands-on and will require developing new processes as our operations scale and customer needs evolve. The SVP of Operations will need to be entrepreneurial and have a track record of successfully balancing the urgent needs of the day while remaining focused on overall strategic objectives. We are a mission-driven team and looking for an operations leader who shares our drive to improve healthcare access for underserved populations. RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Strategy & Execution :
o Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth, scalability, and efficiency.
o Translate company vision into actionable operational plans, setting and tracking metrics across operations departments.
o Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align operations with the overall mission and objectives.
Field Logistics & Service Delivery :
o Oversee the field logistics of clinical staff, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation to maximize service reach.
o Manage the procurement and supply chain of medical supplies and equipment to ensure each facility is properly stocked and inventory is managed efficiently.
Team Leadership & Development :
o Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
o Implement training programs that enhance the skills of on-the-ground clinical and support staff in order to ensure high quality service delivery and promote staff retention.
o Mentor and manage a team of operations and support staff, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
Process Improvement :
o Lead process initiatives to enhance how we integrate with facilities and maintain high patient and facility satisfaction.
o Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
o Implement technology and systems to streamline logistics, scheduling, and reporting functions.
Quality & Compliance :
o Partner to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and high standards of patient care.
o Regularly review and refine operational processes related to customer integration and compliance requirements.
Financial Management :
o Manage the operational budget to support rapid growth.
o Track and report on operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Collaborate with the finance team to monitor revenue and expenses, proactively managing resource allocation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of relevant experience. Track record managing complex and large-scale operations that are relevant to a multi-site or field services delivery model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (including large customers).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize independently and make strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.
