This position’s duties include answering incoming calls and schedules patient appointments in an efficient and timely manner. Clerical duties and other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Job responsibilities:
• Receive incoming calls and schedule or reschedule patient appointment(s); transfer calls appropriately according the caller's need.
• Cross train for front desk check in.
• Performs other work-related duties as required.
