Perform design tasks utilizing your experience in roadway design, drainage design, and utility design. Your demonstrated professionalism will come into play as you cultivate and nurture client relationships and build the firm’s North America brand by participating in state and regional associations. Use your strength as a communicator to assist with proposals and direct marketing efforts.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for various aspects of roadway design projects from conceptual phase to final designUses technical level expertise in furtherance of project demandsIndependently develop project quantities and cost estimatesAssist in direct marketing efforts, including proposal writing, trade show / conference attendanceSatisfy client requirementsMaintain industry recognition through prominence in state and regional professional associationsPromote and maintain the presence and image of the firm in the marketplaceWork within a team to develop and design roadway projects for state and local clients. Duties will require proficiency in roadway design as well as the ability to lead and train subordinate staff.Work within a team environment to ensure a high-quality level of work is being produced.
