- Manage strategic meeting calendars and logistical details.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and draft meeting recaps.
- Handle multiple projects using productivity tools.

- Prepare travel agendas and expense reports.
- Create presentations and talking points for external meetings.
- Follow up on sensitive or confidential issues.
- Represent the Executive Leadership team through various communication channels.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience supporting senior-level team members.
- Expert written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Professional demeanor under pressure.
