Client located in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Service Desk Technician for a direct hire position. Responsibilities include participating on a three-person team supporting 300 internal users in a Windows environment. This position is the first line of defense for tackling typical desktop, printer, audio / visual, VoIP phone issues. Additional responsibilities will include desktop imaging, deployment and basis server administration tasks such as supporting Active Directory. Some on call and after-hours work is required.
Required:
-Enterprise level Windows desktop support experience.
-A/V equipment expertise - troubleshooting, updates and user support.
-O365 support.
-MS Intune expertise.
-VoIP troubleshooting.
-Desktop imaging and deployment (SmartDeploy preferred).
-Active Directory and basic server administration skills.
-Solid employment longevity.
