Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service experience
- Supporting Windows clients in a networked environment
- Supporting networked printers
- Ticketing system experience
- 1 years of experience in a Service Desk position or IT degree in lieu of experience
- Experience working in an enterprise level environment
- Excellent customer service skills
