Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity in the large and growing segment of healthcare and well-being. As a member of the Online Products development team, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and friendly work environment. In the role of Business Systems Analyst, you will define the business requirements and software solutions needed to resolve business-related problems and to meet strategic organizational goals; you will help design, implement, and support new and existing custom-built web portals and mobile applications.
Primary Responsibilities
• Exercises discretion and independent judgement when identifies, defines, records, and communicates user and functional requirements for the development and enhancement of software solutions for the business.
• Works with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and project teams to capture requirements, develop UAT test plans and use BI tools and data engineering
• Documents business process changes.• Prepares and maintains high-quality documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, computer training materials, and user manuals in compliance with company policies, standards, and records management best practices.• Collaborates with development teams to implement functional requirements.• Assists with feature and regression testing of new solutions, as needed.• Performs other duties, as assigned.
Job Qualifications
• A bachelors degree in business systems, computing, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably working with web-based technologies.• A work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail-oriented team player.• Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture product requirements. Strong competency in process flow diagrams and use case documentation.• Demonstrated experience with current systems analysis principles, methods, procedures, practices, tools and techniques, and project management; experience with planning and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.• Proven ability to communicate effectively with displayed levels of knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
