What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Comptech/ Stafftech?
Works under Lead Recruiter and Hiring Managers
Screening resumes/applicants
Performing phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status and documentation for ATS
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Assist HR with onboarding and other HR Activities
Assist with Business Development of recruitment for unfunded positions
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
2-5 years’ experience in recruiting perferred
Experience and proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Software tools such as Dice, Linked In, Clearance Jobs, etc.
DoD experience desired
Bachelor’s degree desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
