Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including personal assistant duties for management.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, meditations, hearings and client conferences
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain contact lists.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
