We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. Hybrid position : 3 days in-office; 2 days remote work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Support employee relations and mediate conflicts.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure smooth enrollment.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and provide guidance on reviews and feedback.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.

90,000 — $100,000 USD
