Essential Functions :
- Directs, coordinates, and executes initiatives with management and technicians for process improvements and service quality.
- Participates in formulating and implementing long-range goals and objectives for the Service Division.
- Develops and implements communication and escalation procedures aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing callbacks.
- Resolves customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Evaluates workload and ensure the appropriate number of team members are scheduled to meet forecasted work demands.
- Collaborates with management to adjust staffing levels as needed to balance labor efficiency and operational requirements.
- Maintains ongoing maintenance schedules for service accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
- Oversees the Service Sales Team and drive growth in alignment with company goals.
- Reviews and approves customer requests and work scopes.
- Oversees and ensure accuracy in service billing, working closely with administration and accounting teams.
- Develops proposals and estimates, assisting with defining project scopes to support profitability.
- Recruits, orients, trains, and retains team members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Conducts technician meetings, provide technical assistance to service employees, and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
- Evaluates data and metrics to develop strategies for improving service delivery.
- Creates reports to provide visibility for external stakeholders and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, public agencies, and clients.
- Maintains professionalism with all colleagues and external stakeholders, promoting a positive work culture.
- Conducts customer visits and quality control inspections to strengthen relationships and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Driving is a required part of the position and may be necessary for daily tasks and responsibilities.

Compu Dynamics Pay Range
125,000—$170,000 USD
