Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support long-term technology projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting Agile development teams by managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business functions and requirements using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, operational procedures, and technical needs.
Identify and define business processes, input/output requirements, and integration points with technology.
Conduct business and technical analysis to support project design and implementation.
Document legacy application systems and identify business processes within them.
Build and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog; create user stories and capture technical requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Mandatory Qualifications:
3 years of experience in Business Analysis, including process documentation and requirement gathering.
2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Proven ability to write user stories and manage product backlogs effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience creating detailed requirements documentation for complex projects.
Desirable (Not Mandatory) Skills:
Experience leading IT projects and working with development teams.
Proficiency in prioritizing user stories in a collaborative team environment.
Experience analyzing legacy systems and mapping out business processes.
Relevant certifications such as PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar.
Familiarity with QA testing, writing user guides, and creating training materials.
Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma for initial design planning of web applications.
