Job Description:
A public sector organization is seeking a CRM Developer to support a major enhancement project for an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM system used for HR automation. The initiative aims to improve the system s capability in managing the employee life cycle, streamlining workflows, and enhancing user experience, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
The consultant will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements. Work will be conducted using pre-existing tools and environments.
Responsibilities:
Workflow Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers); create new workflows for functions like budgeting and vacancy management.
Template Creation: Develop reusable templates populated by job function, title, and level for use in HR tasks such as postings and promotions.
Budgeting Integration: Build a module to manage position costs, vacancies, and allocations; integrate it with financial systems and HR processes.
Role-Specific Enhancements: Improve existing user roles and introduce a dedicated hiring manager role with custom workflows, templates, and notifications.
User Experience Improvements: Redesign the UI, implement a help feature, and create visual dashboards to track metrics such as vacancy rates and budget usage.
Advanced Reporting: Build tools for detailed reporting across employee, position, and financial data. Support executive decision-making with custom reports.
System Integration: Enable real-time data synchronization and build APIs to connect with external systems such as CHRMS, NYCAPS, and job spec databases.
Efficiency Enhancements: Reduce manual data entry by introducing automation, data lookups, and cloning features.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proven experience in customization, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git/source control systems
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
