Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with various technologies to support our CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Target senior-level CRM Developers with deep experience in Dynamics 365, especially in HR-related workflows or employee lifecycle systems.
- Look for candidates who have:
- Built custom modules or enhanced workflows (e.g., onboarding, promotions, budgeting)
- Worked in public sector or enterprise-scale environments
- Experience with UI/UX improvements and reporting/dashboard development
- Ideal background includes roles with:
- Full project lifecycle – design to deployment
- Integration experience with external HR or financial systems
- Communication is key – they’ll work with both IT and business teams, so clear articulation of solutions and collaboration is important.
Experience
- 5 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Comfortable using Azure DevOps and Git
- Strong experience in:
- Customization, development, and integration of Dynamics 365
- Creating and enhancing automated workflows, templates, and user dashboards
- Integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems/APIs
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
