Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with ServiceNow implementation experience to join the Application & Client Services team. This role requires a hands-on, self-starter who excels both technically and interpersonally. The ideal candidate must be flexible, deadline-driven, and capable of aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of IT projects, including:
- ServiceNow implementation (mandatory).
- Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contract/scope development.
- Infrastructure upgrades and application enhancements.
- Implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.
- Utilize agile methodologies to oversee project execution and delivery.
- Possess a high-level understanding of project management methodology, system development processes, and technical aspects such as web application programming, CMS, APIs, databases, and system design.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across all levels.
- Effectively communicate project value, advocate for change, and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools including CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing projects using agile methodologies.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Experience identifying and implementing technical approaches to project execution.
