Job Title: Senior Integration Lead
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Summary:
A highly skilled Senior Integration Lead is needed to support a large-scale portal initiative focused on system integrations, infrastructure architecture, security, and application design. Reporting to the Project Director, this role involves planning, designing, and guiding the implementation of integrated technology solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and exhibit strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of middleware solutions, focusing on Mulesoft, messaging, cloud technologies, and integration best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs (SOAP & REST).
Collaborate with development teams to build secure and policy-managed APIs.
Oversee the development and upkeep of a service/API registry.
Conduct code reviews, prepare unit testing documentation, and manage deployment processes.
Contribute to project planning, development, and release management activities.
Collaborate with various stakeholders including users, developers, and vendors to ensure successful system implementation.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations and processes.
Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies for potential adoption.
Mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality control.
Review technical deliverables for compliance and improvement opportunities.
Act as a liaison in cross-functional and vendor communications.
Establish governance, standards, and best practices across the integration lifecycle.
Participate in audits, design reviews, and provide technical recommendations.
Analyze and resolve issues related to integration events and deployments.
Assess and mitigate project risks effectively.
Apply structured change management methodologies to manage anomalies and inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in software development with a strong background in integration technologies.
Expert-level proficiency in Mulesoft and related tools.
Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, and API Gateway.
Familiarity with IBM DataPower, Azure OAuth, JWT, TLS/SSL, and digital security practices.
Proficient with XML, JSON schema, and tools such as SOAPUI, Postman, SVN, and Git.
Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Mulesoft Certification preferred.
