Project Description:
We are seeking a Smartsheet Specialist to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a reusable repository of tools, templates, processes, and best practices for managing Smartsheet activities across DB&T and Business teams. This role requires expertise in Smartsheet deployment, adoption, and strategic implementation to enhance project management efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted solution and technical advisor, providing thought leadership and ensuring successful Smartsheet integration into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought leader in designing and implementing Smartsheet solutions to streamline project and portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain best practices, tools, templates, and methodologies for effective Smartsheet use.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise during Smartsheet deployment, customization, and adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and project goals.
- Evangelize Smartsheet as a strategic, viable, and supported practice across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow automation and reporting.
- Ensure Smartsheet solutions adhere to industry best practices and optimize business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth expertise in Smartsheet tools, including Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management.
- Proven experience in Smartsheet deployment, customization, and adoption strategies.
- Strong background in project portfolio management (PPM) and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) methodologies.
- Excellent consultative and customer-facing skills, with a track record of technical leadership.
- Ability to design scalable and reusable Smartsheet solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to support various teams.
