As a Smartsheet Specialist, you will be part of the IS&T PPM&G department supporting various business units. Job Title : Smartsheet Specialist Location : Boston, Massachusetts Pay Range : $55-60 / HR on W2 What's the Job? Lead the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of a reusable repository of tools, templates, processes, best practices, and methodologies for managing Smartsheet activities. Serve as a trusted solution and technical advisor during the implementation process to ensure successful Smartsheet deployment and adoption. Provide expertise in Smartsheet tools including Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management. Shape the direction of the DB&T PPM&G by promoting Smartsheet as a strategic and supported practice throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning, estimation, and execution processes. What's Needed? Proven track record of technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills. In-depth knowledge of Smartsheet tools and methodologies. Experience in consultative solution development and implementation. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
