What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at Compubahn Inc.?
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination
o Plan, schedule, and oversee drivers and vehicles.
o Ensure accurate documentation, including driver logs, PMCS, and reports are filled out completely.
o Monitor issues with vehicle maintenance and documentation of issues resolved with vehicle.
2. Management
o Track drives to make sure accurate pick-up times.
o Collaborate with a recruiting team to ensure new employees are being placed on the transport sheet.
3. Reporting
o Report any driver and/or passenger issues, with the resolve plane with those.
o Prepare drivers with reporting sheets, data sheets, pick up and drop off sheets.
4. Problem Solving
o Identify and resolve logistics issues, including route coordination, driver schedule, inclement weather driving.
o Develop strategies to optimize routes and workday activities.
o Drive when scheduling supports
o Be available when drivers are on the road for their assistance.

- 8-5 Mondy – Friday (typical)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
