We are currently seeking a L1 Technician to join our client's team onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This opportunity is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide end user support activities to both onsite and remote users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network incidents
- Provide IMAC, device replacement, and break / fix support
- Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image
- Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
