We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Insights Specialist to join our HR team. In this multifaceted role, you will support multiple recruiting teams and projects, providing both operational coordination and analytical support to enhance our recruitment strategies. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from the initial point of contact through onboarding. You will manage candidate communications, coordinate interview logistics, and create a welcoming environment for all candidates. Additionally, you will leverage your analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics, help optimize our recruitment processes across various teams and initiatives and contribute to our recruitment marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Post and manage job openings across relevant job boards, social media channels, schools, and other platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling and logistics.
- Prepare and send formal offer letters to selected candidates.
- Submit and monitor pre-employment background check requests.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires on their first day.
- Serve as the point of contact to support hiring managers and candidates, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources have been provided to new hires before orientation.
- JobDiva (ATS) Management:
- Oversee all updates, maintenance, and management of the JobDiva ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, job requisitions, and recruitment workflows.
- Manage system configurations and ensure that all ATS processes align with recruitment goals and compliance requirements.
- Provide support and training to team members on ATS features and ensure seamless usage across recruitment teams.
- Monitor the flow of data within the ATS to ensure the accuracy of job postings, candidate profiles, and hiring stages.
- Analytical Support:
- Track recruitment metrics and assist in the reporting and analysis of key recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach activities to build talent pipelines.
- Generate actionable insights from recruitment data to help refine strategies across multiple teams and projects.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting performance, including candidate pipelines, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Recruitment Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote engaging content for social media and other platforms that showcases our company culture, job opportunities, and employer brand.
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent across various channels.
- Work with the team to develop targeted job advertisements that align with our brand and attract the right candidates.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and adjust strategies to improve candidate engagement.
- Administrative & Support Duties:
- Maintain the recruiting inbox and provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department as needed.
- Assist with compliance monitoring for job postings, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes are streamlined and support multiple teams with efficiency and precision.
- Support various recruiting projects as needed, providing organizational and analytical assistance to ensure successful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role, with proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, social media recruiting, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience or interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present recruitment data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records for multiple teams and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and legal requirements in recruitment and onboarding.
