This onsite role is responsible for managing customer-facing accountabilities related to cash flow analysis, customer payment disputes, and collection of unpaid invoices.
The Accounting Operations Analyst will focus on high-dollar and high-volume strategic accounts, requiring frequent interaction with customers to resolve disputes and improve terms compliance.
The position is accountable for meeting baseline KPIs and SLA goals related to DCSO (Days Sales Outstanding), aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives for business success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver all baseline and project goals for DCSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Monitor and report the status of customer accounts, assessing results against KPIs and goals.
- Analyze complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that reduce customer payment issues.
- Create and utilize reports to support analysis of pertinent account information.
- Collaborate and negotiate with customers, field sales, and finance teams to improve processes.
- Achieve individual and departmental metrics while maximizing A / R business processes.
- Work with Billing Exceptions, Cash, and Credit Associates to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze and document detailed customer profiles, including payment habits and proof of delivery.
- Communicate and escalate issues and procedural changes to Team Coordinators and Managers.
