Responsibilities :
Review andpost factory invoices to the general ledger
Reconcile ARaccounts
Create andpost adjusting journal entries
Maintain anddistribute AR accounting schedules
Research andpost returned checks and credit card chargebacks
Prepareaccounting schedules for month-end close
Interact withmanagement personnel for fixed operations
Process refundchecks for fixed operations
Uphold strongintercompany relationships for fixed operations activities
Requirements : High school diploma

Proficiency inall Microsoft Office products
Experience inaccounts receivable
Organizationand attention to detail
Ability towork independently
Strongattention to processes and systems
CDK softwareexperience preferred
