Who are we looking for?
A AD Engineer specializing in Windows Active directory implementation, Migrations and operations. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience in IT Industry with track record as Active Directory SME
- Implementing and maintaining Active Directory, ADCS, Entra ID Connect, Azure MFA including related automation, notifications, and reporting
- Identify and troubleshoot Authentication, AD Infra availability to efficiently solve issues or implement workarounds
- Understanding and Practical exposure of Azure AD Connect/Azure AD and Building Active Directory, MFA
- Implement, Manage Domain trusts, migration of Identities including Users, computer objects, security groups.
- Migration and consolidation of Active directory
- Managing Recovery strategies for AD including AD Forest recovery, Semperis, Quest Recovery Manager
- Managing GPOs, OU Structures
- Managing Authentication at LDAP, Modern Authentication,
- Ability to creates, contributes, and implement best practices in around AD, ADFS, ADCS, DNS, DHCP.
Process Skills:
- Should have led at least 2-3 migration projects as around active directory.
- The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very detail-oriented in planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up
- The ability to work completely independently / with a team.
- Reliable, on-time and customer-focused.
- Respond to system outages to resolve problems as per the defined SLAs.
- Interact with technical personnel and other teams as required.
- Understanding of ITIL process.

Education:
B. E / B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunications computer science or equivalent degree in IT related field.
Certification:
- MCSA
