Title: Aircraft Production Supervisor
Location: Kinston, NC
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Description:
- Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing activities such as assembly of components into subassemblies.
- Mating or joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic).
- Installation of systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic) that are fastened with screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping or swaging, connectors, or adhesives, and testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment
- Interfaces with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.)
- At least 5 years' experience in a leadership/management role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of excel, PowerPoint
- This will be a 2nd shift position
- Must be able to work any shift assigned per business needs
- Must be comfortable working on weekends as per business needs
Salary : $43 - $44
