Job Summary
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service by supporting event preparation, execution, and post-event activities.
This role includes restocking kitchen areas, receiving and ordering food, setting up conference rooms with or without food, and ensuring overall event readiness.
The position requires collaboration with clients on event details and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock kitchen areas and manage stock ordering and maintenance.
- Receive food deliveries and place orders as needed.
- Set up conference rooms for events, with or without food.
- Load and unload dishwashers to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and execute event details.
- Provide temporary reception coverage as needed.
- Perform duties that require both standing / walking and sitting for extended periods.
- Lift packages ranging from 15-30 lbs; assistance is available for items over 50 lbs.
