Job Summary :
The Fixed Income and Service team (FITSS) is responsible for providing direct operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle of Fixed Income and Precious Metal orders. As a FITSS Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the trade lifecycle, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, reconciliation, and Precious Metals Operations. The role involves heavy interaction with financial advisors, trading desks, and sales teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing of trades, managing operational risks, and maintaining strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the Fixed Income and Precious Metals trade lifecycle.
- Handle order entry, exception management, trade adjustments, and reconciliation processes.
- Interact with financial advisors, MSWM trading desks, and sales teams to resolve trade-related issues.
- Ensure proper trade capture, reconciliation, documentation, and settlement of transactions executed by various trading desks.
- Manage operational risks and ensure that all internal controls are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Provide operational coverage to the trading, underwriting, and structuring of Fixed Income securities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and efficiencies.
