Who are we looking for?
A senior level Citrix SME having 10-12 years of experience working as technical SPOC and go to person for accounts team in reputed company. The Individual should be passionate about technology and would have worked as consultant to end client for short- and long-term VDI/VDA Operational Services
Technical Skills:
- 10-12 years of experience in Citrix administration and deployment as technical SPOC / Consultant.
- Strong experience in Citrix Administration & Troubleshooting skill including performance assessment via various tools
- Knowledge on Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Commvault Backup, VMware vSphere.
- skills in publishing applications in Citrix, Load Balancing, Configuring/Up-grading Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, Licensing Servers, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers.
- Additional skills on AWS Workspace solutions will be an added advantage
- Drive & implement automation & Innovations Plan
- Ability to own problem management /perform RCA for high severity issues
- Ability to work as “Go to Person” for all technical issue for multiple accounts assigned to him
- Conduct periodic assessments and work trend analysis & suggest proactive problem management
- Perform consultative role for first time work to identify billable work opportunities
- Provide appropriate technical estimation/proposals to business when engaged
- Familiar with compliance guidelines like SOC 1 Type 2, S-OX is a plus.
- Having sound knowledge of ITIL practices like Change Management, Incident Management etc.
Process Skills:
- Help team with critical technical know how
- Good knowledge on ITIL and worked on incident/change/problem on regular basis.
- Good in Technical Documentation and design process and standards
- Expert knowledge on Critical incident management and SLA management.

- Must have superior problem-solving skills with extremely high levels of initiative and assertiveness.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Citrix Infrastructure.
