Job Summary :
The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment. This role acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels and various departments within the division. Responsibilities include managing reservations in scheduling software, entering work orders, and coordinating with department groups for events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Act as a liaison between internal customers and division departments to address and resolve inquiries.
- Enter reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order systems.
- Process work orders and manage requests within division partner systems.
- Collaborate with department groups to plan and execute customer events.
