What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Technician position at Compunnel Inc.?
Job Description:
- This would be an onsite role for L1 calls.
- Additionally, on the previous role which is open, customer is looking or the following areas of interest from this engagement:
- Configure Microsoft Sentinel to ingest all logs and automate threat detection and response across the environment.
- Implement Microsoft Purview to apply sensitivity labels on documents and emails, enabling encryption and enhancing data security.
- Decommission Centennial 1 server as part of infrastructure cleanup.
- Upgrade and secure all PIM (Privileged Identity Management) and co-location servers to VMware v8 for improved performance and compliance.
- Enhance NetFlow and application monitoring to improve network visibility, performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
Salary : $30 - $32
