Document Control Assistant
Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to assist with document control tasks, including organizing, naming, and transmitting engineering documents. This role involves using software to meet customer documentation needs and handling requests for transmittal and communication. The position reports to the Document Control Supervisor, and close collaboration with the project team is essential, making strong communication skills a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transmit project documents and official communications to and from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all official communications with customers.
- Organize and maintain project documents electronically.
- Track completion and status of documents to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with Client project team members and customers.
- Implement and maintain a document naming system.
- Review documents and computer data for errors in titles, revision numbers, dates, and formatting.
- Upload and edit documents using relevant computer programs.
