Overview:
The E-commerce Operations Manager oversees daily operations and execution of global e-commerce initiatives. This role supports both the Site Experience and Site Content teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely asset delivery, and platform accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital project management and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Campaign Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end Product Detail Page (PDP) process
- Lead campaign execution including planning, stakeholder reviews, QA, and release
- Maintain and update the global animation calendar
- Track asset adoption and ensure usage across markets
- Conduct regular market and competitive research
- Cross-Functional Communication & Workflow Management
- Serve as a liaison between technical and creative teams
- Capture and communicate detailed meeting minutes, feedback, and briefs
- Manage project trackers, timelines, and team alignment
- Push back on deadlines when needed and manage deliverables confidently
- Quality & Platform Management
- Conduct QA on all digital packages before release
- Support digital asset management (PIM/DAM) and site audits
- Ensure all assets meet platform specifications and partner with technical teams on updates
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Primary point of contact for global market requests
- Lead logistics and planning for internal global digital forums and meetings
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and creative teams to support execution
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of e-commerce experience focused on growth and customer journey optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience with global markets; APAC experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of e-commerce trends, strategies, and digital best practices
- Familiarity with digital design, creative processes, and campaign workflows
- Experience with DAM/PIM systems and QA standards
- Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills
- Effective in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Technically inclined with exposure to digital tools and content platforms
- Passionate about project management and delivering high-quality results
Salary : $45 - $50
