Job Summary:
The Facilities Associate is responsible for providing customer-facing services and ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of office or building locations. This includes performing meeting room setups, handling occupant moves, maintaining cleanliness, managing office supplies, and performing general clerical and delivery duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up meeting rooms and conference rooms as required.
- Manage building occupant moves within assigned facilities.
- Perform occasional cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior of office or building locations.
- Restock and maintain inventories of supplies, ensuring they are readily available when needed.
- Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel or designated drop-off points.
- Perform general clerical tasks and delivery duties.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Customer-facing service experience.
- Basic facility maintenance skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
