FICO Lead with SAP Expertise

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading SAP S/4 HANA FICO implementations, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives. A strong background in financial accounting and controlling, combined with hands-on experience in SAP FICO, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, and PCA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure user adoption.
• Identify and address SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Migrate existing systems to SAP S/4 HANA, including data conversion and enhancement.
• Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, driving results-oriented solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of SAP FICO experience, with emphasis on configuration and support.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and migrations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, controlling, and SAP best practices.
• Successful integration of SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
