Agile BA (SAP, Sales, Planning)

RED's client is looking for an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst with a strong background in commercial, planning and order management processes in an SAP S4 environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial and planning operations, and the ability to drive business improvements through data-driven decision-making. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimize customer experiences, and support strategic business initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will serve as a mentor to junior analysts and team members, leveraging their expertise in commercial processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, market trends, sales performance, and customer data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Act as a liaison between business units, sales teams, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide support and guidance to junior analysts and team members.
